What is Gem Match?

Gem Match (Match-3) is a classic elimination puzzle game. Players need to swap adjacent gems to form three or more identical gems in a line (horizontal or vertical) to eliminate them. After elimination, gems above will fall, potentially triggering chain eliminations, earning higher scores and combo bonuses.

Game Rules

• Click two adjacent gems (up, down, left, right) to swap them
• If the swap forms 3 or more identical gems in a line (horizontal or vertical), these gems will be eliminated
• If the swap cannot form a match, the gems will automatically swap back to their original positions
• After elimination, gems above will fall to fill empty spaces, and new gems will be generated at the top
• If falling gems form new matches, chain eliminations will be triggered
• Chain eliminations can earn combo bonuses, the higher the combo count, the more score bonus
• Score calculation: 3-match = 30 points, 4-match = 60 points, 5-match or more = 100 points, combo bonus +50% per level

Game Tips

• Observe Globally: Observe the entire board before each move, look for opportunities to form chains
• Prioritize Chains: Try to create chain elimination opportunities to earn higher scores
• Plan Moves: Think about the falling situation after moves, predict possible new matches
• Use Hints: You can use the hint function when encountering difficulties, but note that hints consume time
• Maintain Rhythm: Don't rush to move, careful observation can find better elimination opportunities

Game Modes

The current version is endless mode, where players can play infinitely and challenge the highest score. More gameplay modes such as time mode and move mode may be added in the future, stay tuned!
